Not a lot to review. PHPUnit tests have been removed and Cypress tests are passing.

I have added an additional test step: forbid-browser-phpunit-tests.

While working on different tickets, I noticed that some of them still use FunctionalJavascript tests. We need an easy way to detect these and migrate them to Cypress.

I think we should follow the same pattern for both Functional and FunctionalJavascript tests and use Cypress instead.

I guess this should be a priority to avoid confusion in other tickets, as I’ve noticed that developers are still adding Functional tests, even for the 3.0 version.
