Problem/Motivation

This is a minor change and can be considered personnal opinion.
The paragraph EXPERIMENTAL widget moves the behaviors above the fields by applying a -99 weight.

I just suggest here is do it too, since once you are used to this widget, it feels odd to have behaviors below.

thanks @dom for this ... may be useless, may be not. Let's what Justin things about this.
I am kind of neutral, and slightly agreeing with you on this: might be nice to have clear evidence of possible Behaviours implementation of each Paragraph type on top of its setting form ...

@Dom. - thanks for the patch. Personally I prefer the behaviors form at the bottom, but I don't have a strong preference. I do agree the consistency is nice, though. Since this is how it's handled in the EXPERIMENTAL widget, I'll add it in LP as well. Thanks again.
