Does not show up

Problem/Motivation

I installed the module on my D9/PHP 8.1 site, hoping it would allow me to be able to use layout builder within the user edit screen, however even after numerous cache flushes and removing a few layout builder modules I still got nothing showing.

For reference I see nothing in the error log and have the following layout builder modules installed:
