Fixed #1783888: Layout module should not have responsive layout preview anymore now that there is a whole new module for doing responsive previews and that is much better. You should use http://drupal.org/project/responsive_preview for this. This fixes bugs because the original preview had bugs the standalone module does not have anymore.
incorporates a fix for producing CSS with the correct media queries for breakpoints.

Port to Drupal 8. Regions ported to http://drupal.org/sandbox/goba/1784698 and breakpoints now in a module called bunnypoints (temporarily while we figure out better breakpoints support for Drupal 8, this module is not proposed obviously).
