Problem/Motivation

The Layout Builder Claro module makes the styling on D11 look worse, so disabling it in 1.0.x and removing it in 2.0.0 should be the way to improve the LB look.

Try LB on the D11 MR

Proposed resolution

Disable LB Claro on 1.0.x and remove it from composer in 2.0.0.
