klaro 3.0.0

This is the first stable release of the 3.x branch.

Thanks to all who have supported the work on this version over the last few months - whether with commits, issues, reviews or translations. Without you, this version would not exist!
Big thanks go to jurgenhaas, who has driven Klaro! forward in recent months to ensure that Drupal CMS has up-to-date data protection management.
Many thanks to ckidow, who developed the first version for Drupal 8 and is now leaving the project.

Notes

This version provides new styles that can be activated after an update (these are automatically enabled after a fresh installation). These styles adjust Klaro! to the look of Drupal and provide customized styles for Gin Admin Theme, Claro and Olivero. See #3495342 and README for more information.
