I am trying to embed the player using the page functionality of the panels module, but when I include the body of a node as a pane, I get [jwplayer] instead of the player. The player shows correctly on nodes, I'm only having this problem with panels. Let me explain what I did step by step:
1- Created a custom content type called "video"
2- Created several nodes of this type with attached videos and the embed tag in the body. When I navigate to a node page, the player works correctly
3- I created a "page" using the panels module, overriding the display for nodes of the "video" type.
4- Using the context "node being viewed", I added the body field of the node as a pane.
5- The page shows [jwplayer] instead of the player. I tried adding the attached files as a pane, but had no luck.
Any thoughts on why the player is not displayed? Any help would be highly appreciated.

JW Player commented@jmadrigal,
I think this may be a result of how the jwplayer tag gets parsed and replaced with the embed code. In order to support references to the file attachments we needed a node reference so the jwplayer tag was unfortunately implemented in hook_node instead of hook_filter. Since you're adding the jwplayer tag via a panel I'm guessing the tag parser isn't being run on the tag when it's displayed.
All I can suggest at this point is that you might be able to make use of the theme function provided by the module which lets you generate embed code directly. An example would be the following:
I realize this probably complicates for you, but hopefully it helps.
Thanks.
