Add ability to enable/disable the jwplayer input filter

This is something we're looking into adding. However, the jwplayer tag is not actually an input filter. It was initially implemented as such but the filter_hook lacks the necessary reference to the node to make use of node attachments. It had to be reimplemented as a result. For now, this may have to be an option that is added into the Module admin page.
