Hello

I have an mp4 which plays great in pc/mac browsers. However, when viewing on iPad, iPhone etc, I am getting the error: Video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

Any suggestions? Please advise, thanks!

Were you able to resolve your issue? I'm able to play the video on iOS as well as in Chrome with Flash disabled.
