JsonapiParseLb::parse($response) must be compatible with JsonapiParseInterface::parse

Problem/Motivation

When installing on Drupal 11 and PHP 8.4, using the recommended Drupal 11 fixes, the site will WSOD with the following error:

Fatal error: Declaration of Drupal\jsonapi_include_lb\JsonapiParseLb::parse($response) must be compatible with Drupal\jsonapi_include\JsonapiParseInterface::parse(Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Response $response): Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Response in /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/jsonapi_include_lb/src/JsonapiParseLb.php on line 79

Steps to reproduce

Install the Drupal 11 compatible version of the module on PHP 8.4.
Navigate to any page.

Proposed resolution

Add the return type to JsonapiParseLb::parse().
