I'm getting a string of the following errors when importing a theme (two referencing line 413 followed by several for line 425), and the files are not copied:

Warning: chgrp(): Unable to find gid for apache in _move_jqueryui_theme() (line 413 of /sites/all/modules/jquery_ui_theme/jqueryui_theme.module).

Copied the files manually and it seems to be working ok...

Indeed i have made some mistakes regarding to permissions system : i don't have to take care about this (let's drupal's core do the job). It was fixed that why i close this issue.
