Initialize templates before drupal.js runs

Hey Rich,

Really love your module. I've been using it recently for a project where I'm building some html elements client side. The building is triggered using drupal behaviours which are fired off in drupal.js. I found the templates weren't being initialised in time and had to tweak the module. I imagine this might be a pretty common use case so I've included my changes in a patch below for discussion.
