jQCloud drupal module screenshot # 2

This module displays your taxonomy terms in a cloud-like rendering using the jQCloud Library

The main 2 goals set for this project — that the OPTASY team behind it has managed to achieve — are:

  • to display taxonomy terms in blocks
  • to integrate with the jQCloud jQuery plugin

How to install

  1. Install the module.
  2. Install the updated jQCloud library. JQCloud Danrod96 (make sure to get the latest release) and extract the files into the "/libraries/jqcloud/dist" directory. Make sure to rename the files jqcloud-1.0.5.js, jqcloud-1.0.5.min.js to jqcloud.js and jqcloud.min.js respectively
    3. Enable the jQCloud module.

How to use

The jQCloud module generates a block for each taxonomy vocabulary already create (create a few ones if no vocabulary is yet created !).

Steps:

  1. Go to the Block layout page (/admin/structure/block).
  2. Place a block named "jQCloud with [VOCABULARY_NAME] vocabulary" in the region where you want it displayed.
