Blocks /user page after installation

I just installed the latest of this module. I found out from other users / moderators that they were now
getting an access denied message on the mysite.com/user location (we use clean URLs) I had no IPs
or ranges setup, no user assigned to use this.

I had to uninstall the module to get things back to normal, so people could use the site. I was going to use
this an intra-net purpose for a single "front desk / lobby" machine.
