Module does not clean up after itself.
I'm getting WSOD after uninstall.
Had to manually clear cache tables (cache_menu specifically was the culprit).

Actually, unrelated to menu.
IP Login should remove the field it creates during install, otherwise field_ipaddress dependency cannot be disabled.
