Lat/long from GetLocation and relationship not founded

Hi,
I've a GetLocation field in my views taken form a relationship.
I'm following these notes in lat/long settings

Special cases If the View has relationships and lat/lon are accessed via the relationships, select [Type field name] and enter the field name in the additional text box presented. If you use a view based on the Location module, enter location_latitude. If the latitude is stored in a field, then enter the field's machine name. For instance, when using the Geofield, Geolocation field or Get Locations modules enter field_yourfieldname

but I can't view any results in my views page.

None of the 30 result rows in view Officine Mappa (Page) had their field_field_officina_mappa lat/lng set. Therefore those rows could not be displayed as locations on the map. Is field_field_officina_mappa the correct field name?

I'm trying with the field machine name field_officina_mappa, with field_field_officina_mappa but no results.

The views is an entity "commerce profile" from Drupal Commerce.
