What makes you think this error is related to jQuery 1.7?

Under what circumstances did you get this error?
Are you even sure it is "IP Geolocation Views and Maps" that is responsible?

IP Geolocaton Views and Maps does not add its own version of jQuery. It uses whatever core uses.

After examining the code, I realised however that an error like this is possible when you're NOT connected to the internet so that IP Geolocation cannot download the generalised geo.js script. I've improved the code to detect this situation and issue a warning (in debug).

Consider this issue fixed, unless it rears its ugly head again.
