I have tried it with the original DOMPDF and the DOMPDF provided with fonts.

Did you copy the dompdf folder in the invoice folder??

yes dompdf is there.
this is my path.
sites/all/modules/invoice/dompdf

Very strange... you'll have to take/debug the function that does a include on dompdf... I don't know the answer right now..
