Unable to Insert Webform as Block

I am unable to get a webform to insert as a block using Drupal 10. I can insert other blocks, just not webforms. I was wondering whether the syntax for inserting webforms is a bit different. I tried [block:register_interest] as well as [block:noticethistree_webform:register_interest] as it seems webform might use a two part machine name. "register_interest" is the machine name of my webform, and "noticethistree_webform" is the machine name for the generic webform block.

I'm not sure if this is just an error in my syntax or whether there is a bug in inserting webforms.
