Inserted Block's Conditions not working

Hello,

I am using insert_block module with 7.x-1.x-dev version and find an issue that when we insert any block in another block, the inserted block's conditions are not working.

Example:
1. Custom Block 01
2. Menu Block (set condition that show only on front page)

"Menu Block" inserted in "Custom Block 01" and now its showing on all pages but it should show only on front page as condition.

So anyone can help me to fix it?
