My inline images are no longer showing up, site-wide. I had attached files and added body HTML using this format: [upload|file=file2.pdf] and it worked for awhile.

However, now my HTML says things like: [inline|iid=321]

And the attached file was renamed with an added prefix: 288-img_4236.jpg

Yet the tiny link under the attached image field now says:
http://www.mydomain.com/files/288-img_4236_0.jpg

What happened? Thoughts?
