Indic Script is not working in drupal 7.x

Hi

I am trying to use Indic script module in drupal 7.x. I have installed the module as per the instruction. but to configure selected the link "Home » Administration » Configuration » Content authoring" and chosen the languages Tamil Thanglish and Tamil 99.

for visibility setting chosen the option "All pages expect the following pages"

for Use inclusion or exclusion mode selected "include" and saved the configuration. After that I was trying to type tamil content in editor but I couldn't see any option to select the language. what I missed. can anyone help me...
