now i dont get that error but i do get:

Debug: xmldoc_plus_xsldoc was called without the xsl_path parameter set. This makes it hard to do relative XSL includes. in xmldoc_plus_xsldoc() (line 191 of E:\wamp\www\Imaginova\drupal7\sites\all\modules\import_html\coders_php_library\xml-transform.inc).

Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in drupal_lookup_path() (line 125 of E:\wamp\www\Imaginova\drupal7\includes\path.inc).

Warning: array_flip() [function.array-flip]: Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of E:\wamp\www\Imaginova\drupal7\includes\entity.inc).

for each file imported... more digging...

oh yes, and i do get nodes created with proper titles but no body.

Good catch. Most of the 'extras' didn't get tested on the D7-dev upgrade. I've replaced & committed taxonomy_term_path with taxonomy_term_uri per your patch.
Thanks.

The 'taxonomy_indexes' extra feature is optional, special-case and generally shouldn't be turned on until you know you need it.

The rest - can't quite say. Not getting content is going to be a matter of tuning the scraper patterns...

@dman... i don't think i had enabled anything; so that error was pretty much out of the box... and yes... i am now getting content.. very cool module. loving it.

with a little code in import_html i have:

- import folder -> taxonomy term
- img -> img field
- content to custom body field

not much left; just trying to figure out now how to remove some pieces (i.e. the img from content that i put into img field).. i would have thought in hook i could unset items in $node->import_html, but i guess $content is built already by that point. is there a hook after parsing but before rendering?
