If i re submit an already created node then i get the error

which makes sense because the is on amazon s3

Are you sure this is an issue with Imageinfo Cache? If so, do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?

No new info was given. imageinfo_cache does not have it's own file saving logic so this error has to be coming from somewhere else.
