is imagefield conflict with any other module?

Hi

In my site when i have configure imagefield it allowed me to upload the image. The image will be store on server but it will not show it on the preview and when i open the node it is not showing the image

when i try to do the same thing with the same version of all and fresh project of drupal it is working perfect so want to know what what can be the problem,,,

Is there any other module which are not allowing this module to work?
is any setting is required rather then adding it in field as content type?
