CCK doesn't seem to be recognizing imagefield at all. On a slightly older site, it works just fine. What changed? The newer site is the latest 4.7 version, pulled from CVS two days ago. Just grabbed imagefield (same branch) today.

Try this:
-- just go to the edit page of any existing content type and click "Save content type" button (no changes are needed);
-- or create a new content type.
If you are able too see imagefield after that, this is not an imagefield issue but a CCK cache problem as stated here

Hadn't actually got it working yet - was too busy to try, but I'll work on it at some point this weekend. Got a million things going right now. I'll post the resolution here as soon as I'm able.

I tested the latest CCK 4.7.0 and imagefield 2/09/2006 and everything seems ok.

i'm pretty sure yched's right. i ran into it just now. clearing the cache resolved it.
