When uploading images, the "delete" checkbox next to the individual images does nothing. I am able to check the "delete" box, but it does not delete the photo, no matter what button I click (upload, submit, preview).

I noticed in my CCK modules, the image module is version 5.x-1.2-rc1. Does that have anything to do with it?

i think you really want the imagefield module.

I would use imagefield 2.x instead of 1.x... It is the currently recommended version of imagefield for Drupal 5.

1.2rc1 never saw a real release, and it is unlikely I will ever finish the release of 1.2.
