This patch is just a code-cleanup of Imagefield.

- Removes excess new lines.
- Removes white space at end of lines.
- Fixes coder.module errors (improper spacing in control statements and string concatenation)
- Improves PHPdoc and adds capitalization and periods to code comments.

Correction to t() function that was printing out "%field" instead of swapping in the field label. Changed to @field to match normal required messages.
