Add an optional URL field that will be linked to when the image is clicked.

It would be handy to include an easy mechanism to link to pages within the site.

I marked #173484 as a duplicate of this issue. One needs internal URLs and one needs external ones, but those should most probably be solved by the same code.

Also, a more exact title - I mixed up the previous one with the "link to original image" wish.
