Call to undefined function field_file_urlencode_path() in sites/all/module/imagefield/imagefield.module on line 377

All image functionality stopped I think its happened when I copied the CCK directory to the sites/modules. Can get it back. I lost image field definition and made another one which gives this error when I add an image into the node. I also add Ajax slideshow which could be a cause.

What directory should CCK be in anyway?
