The jquery.Jcrop.js file is not licensed under the GPL (it uses the MIT license) therefore cannot be included, please remove this file from all active branches and instead include instructions on how to remove it.

According to 3rd party libraries on Drupal.org...

3. For any exception to be made, the 3rd party library MUST be licensed under GPL, GPL v2+ or have a broader license and can be re-licensed under the GPL.

There are several reasons this jquery.Jcrop.js file should not be included in this module and/or implemented this way, but the MIT licensing is not one of them.
