SmushIt Optimize Quality Option

Would it be possible to add the quality to the urls?

Directly from their API:
qlty with a value between 0 and 100. Default value is 92

Would be great to add this into the UI and you can set it globally there?

This has come up as we cannot quite get the images optimized enough for Google Insights.
