Image fupload cck field does not go to the next step.

Image fupload cck field does not go to the next step. It says "please wait until all images have been processed.". The problem is it used to work and have not worked since last 1month. I really do not know why. Please see attached.

I use GD2 toolkit.
The file folder permission's good.
It uploads images but does not create thumbnails.
Imagecache and imageAPI installed properly.
