Add Thickbox

Look at how I implemented the slideshow in the theme_image_app_appendages function. Thickbox should be implemented the same way. Appendage means attachment, but since this is the Image App I used appendage.

Use this variable to see if the user activated the modal box: variable_get('image_app_modal_'. $type, true)

Also, can you implement the Lightview styles in the thickbox, they have nicer icons
