The www prefix is added to sub-domains

Problem/Motivation

If using a sub-domain like forum.mydomain.com along with the "With WWW prefix" option, the sub-domain will get the www prefix.

Proposed resolution

To keep the module domain agnostic, the proposed solution would be to add a text field where one can add sub-domains to exclude.

User interface changes

A new Exclude sub-domains text field in the "URL prefix redirect" field set.
