open_basedir restriction in effect

I don't understand this message: Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/index.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (.....) in _httprl_build_drupal_root() (line 248 of .../modules/contrib/httprl/httprl.module)
while running elysia_cron

I don't have a a path of /var/index.php in my path(s). Why do I get this message, what should I do now? There is no setting for this.
