Release notes

This release adds support for environment variables that allow configuration of additional scanner options (HTTPAV_IDENTIFIER, HTTPAV_TIMEOUT and HTTPAV_CONNECT_TIMEOUT).

It also includes minor spelling corrections and miscellaneous bug fixes.
