Thanks for the module - it is useful, as Drupal provides no reset button in the core (I requested it here: http://drupal.org/node/333345#comment-1104437)

Just a suggestion that you go in to how and why http fail is set in the first instance in your project page, because there's a danger people will just install your module, to paper over cracks, when they have a fundamental config problem. You should note this module should never be used on a live, production website, because if http fail is set, it's almost certainly for a good reason and you should investigate why! =)
