When I tried to install htmlarea and xinha tonight, the admin area menus appeared, but nothing happened to my text boxes, and there was no error message.

The installation instructions need to be clearer about whether the xinha tarball gets unpacked so it's contents are mixed into the htmlarea directory, or whether just a xinha folder is added that. The simple doc patch below resolves that.

Related, it would be nice if the admin area failed more gracefully, like reporting that the "xihna" directorhy was missing, instead of no error at all.

Now that i got it installed, I'm looking forward to seeing what it can do for me!
