I'm using Drupal 5.1, with the "leaf" theme. When I upgraded from 5.x-2.0-beta3 to 5.x-2.0, I noticed that the HTML edit area picked up the dark blue of my theme's background, rather than the default "#fff" of the HTMLArea configuration. This makes it difficult to read. Changing back to the old code restored the white background.

Christefano-oldaccount commentedThere's a new setting in the 5.x-2.0 release that you can switch on and off. Go to Administer -> Site configuration -> HTMLArea/Xinha and look for the "Use the themes current style" setting.
