There is "add HTML page type" button, but I couldn't find "add HTMl page" button

i go to "html-page/html_page"
after select type of html content in "html-page/html_page/add"

after of save you can go again to "html-page/html_page" and see the new content

maybe is like "html-page/html_page/9" , you can edit the page html in "HTML" field form option.

maybe is not the solution, but you can try.
