I just added an upgrade test to our CI server. Details: http://ci.aegirproject.org/view/Upgrades/job/U_aegir_6.x-2.x_to_7.x-3.x_...

It uses puppet to provision an Aegir 2.x vagrant box, upgrade to 3.x using the upgrade script and then run the provision tests.

I found that to upgrade not so clean hostmaster installs we do need more work :( See: #2370275: More realistic hostmaster D6-D7 upgrade
