Package drush 6 for debian [#2193427]

Drush 6 is already optional for Aegir 6.x-2.x. (and preferred personally) Should we move to package that for Debian too?

7.x-3.x release would also benefit from Drush 7 ... but we have to wait and see when that will be out.

One complication for drush 7 will be

Unable to load autoload.php. Drush now requires Composer in order to install its depedencies and autoload classes. Please see README.md

There is no composer debian packge :( so should we start installing composer via other means?

Packaging Drush is not really up to us...

I'm going for the more practical ... using composer to install it.

Calling this won't fix as we did not create a debian package for Drush, we use composer to install Drush.
