On the site listing page, there should be an "Add site" button below the listing. Same with the platform listing page and the server listing page. It's good for UX.

Also, why aren't these listing page using Views instead of hand-coded listings?

Both of these issues are on my hit list for 2.x, but patches are very welcome in the mean time.

We could also add those "hidden" in the admin menu links like we do in Octopus: https://skitch.com/omega8cc/ghfmk/o1.v189q.nyc.host8.biz-aegir-hosting-s...

With this approach you have them always available with one-click, no matter where you are at the moment, without the need to go to listing for sites or platforms etc. only to be able to find there the button.
