I'd like to implement something like the "Looking for help?" block here: http://dev.ergonlogic.org/. This is just a quick prototype, but it should help with the problem. It can be repeated in the "Discussion" and other sections, and potentially turned-off by those who've internalized the guidelines.

I hope a full release will result in lots of new users. I believe helping to channel their engagement in the community to be more productive should be part of our release strategy.

All go for that, great idea / tool!

I also think the rc and full releases will bring a *lot* of new users, so new bug reports, duplicates, etc. That will impose a massive amount of work and anything to avoid dupes will help!

I've implemented this, and bundled it as a feature. I removed all the duplicate text from the mission too.
