An error occurred while sending post-request to https://acme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-authz (Status 400)
Details:
"type": "urn:acme:error:badNonce",
"detail": "JWS has no anti-replay nonce",
"status": 400
}
Failed to generate Let's Encrypt certificates.

The issue seems to be in an older version of dehydrated as pointed out here: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/trying-to-understand-urnerror-badnon...

Can be solved quickly by adding -i to the grep command in this line:

nonce="$(http_request head "${CA}" | grep Replay-Nonce: | awk -F ': ' '{print $2}' | tr -d '\n\r')"

or presumably by updating to dehydrated 0.6.5
