Hi,

I've always been using cloudflare SSL certificates via hosting_ssl. Now I've been trying to migrate sites to a new aegir instance but I can't get the cloudflare certificates to work anymore.

Is it no longer possible to use cloudflare certs with the latest Aegir version?

For manually installed certs, I'd suggest continuing to use hosting_ssl until #2936037: Add a 'manual' Certificate implementation is resolved.
