Hi
I am trying to modify the submit function cck content type, i need emails to be sent based on the created content type. I used hook_nodeapi $op = insert, but i will need the nid, to create email for the created content. hook_node does not save the node before the insert operation. is there a way to call it after the node has been created so that i can get the nid.
thank you

Deepakml commentedit does have the node id, sorry i did not check early. do a dsm() of the $form and you will see the $form passed is after the node insert. i hope it helps.

ksenzeeUm, you make it sound like you're actually using this module on a production site. Please tell me you're not.

steven jones commentedThis module is a 'joke' to highlight how bad an idea it would be to create and then use something like this.
Looks like you have raised a vaguely related support request, which is now resolved.
We're all hoping that you're not actually using this module on a real site.
