When theme enable, the main page become a blank page with the only string :
Fatal error: Method Drupal\Core\Template\RenderWrapper::__toString() must not throw an exception in /home/drupal/d8/core/themes/engines/twig/twig.engine on line 0

I installed fresh drupal-8.0-alpha12 and fresh helios theme 8.x-1.0: Everything works correctly.
I can't reproduce this error.

It seems to be a bug with at_blocks or theme cache of drupal.
Have you completely disabled at_blocks and cleared drupal cache ?

Process:

  1. clear Drupal cache,
  2. on 'admin/appearance' page, enable and set as default bartik theme,
  3. disable at_blocks theme,
  4. and enable and set as default helios theme
  5. clear Drupal cache,

I made a mistake doing a copy paste (the at_theme info is unnecessary).
In fact:
AT_theme is disable.
I just cleared drupal cache.
And I still have the same problem.

I will do a fresh install (with no AT_theme) this night and see if this still happens.

I have the same problem. The main page however is completely white

can you respect the csp-comment --> "I will do a fresh install (with no AT_theme)"

It's the same like me: fresh Installation and the following site as the Homepage ...
