Loading slow

Problem/Motivation

The heights are not equalizing very quickly. Some browsers are worse than others. Using Chrome, it takes a few seconds for the heights to adjust after the page loads. Edge never equalizes.

Steps to reproduce

You can see what's happening on my site at https://www.iblevents.com/trade-shows. I've created two separate rules. One to equalize the height of the image on the top of the cards and one to equalize the height of the card titles.
